Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, small-batch releases, or limited product drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order size, and delivery location.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any available free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@man-mud.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and help where we reasonably can.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@man-mud.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
