30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Man-Mud. If you are not satisfied with your Man-Mud Rejuvenating Face Mask, contact us at support@man-mud.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will refund the product purchase price to the original payment method.

One opened jar per customer is eligible under the guarantee. If you purchased multiple jars, additional jars must be unopened unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or was sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@man-mud.com. Include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right.

Returns

Because Man-Mud is a personal-care product, please do not mail an opened jar back unless we ask you to. If an unopened return is required, we will provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
